Execution:

With limited space requirements, you can fit up to nine GN containers into the cooling unit. Removing and filling the containers is clear and easy thanks to the angled design. Below the containers is the insulated cooling zone, whose temperature can be manually adjusted within a range of +2/+8 °C. You can also monitor the ambient temperature and start defrosting using the control panel with digital display. With this portable cooling unit, you can design and expand your workspace as you wish. The simple, timeless design also allows for placement at the front of your catering facility to present fresh ingredients. The glass cover serves as both a spit guard and a storage area. This cooling unit is also available for 4, 5, 8, or 10 GN 1/3 or 1/4 containers. The GN containers are not included!
